OneBody Sculpt and Tone.
One body is our 30 minute resistance based circuit class . This class aims to tone and sculpt specific areas of the body, including your legs, bums and tums! All abilities welcome.

OWNbody  General Fitness 60+
We’ve designed this Lower Intensity Exercise class with the over 60s in mind. It aims is to strengthen, tone and improve your general fitness through functional resistance training and quality of movement.

Senior Balance & Stability Class

This class is designed for the over 60’s to help improve their balance and strength. As you age your mobility and strength gradually diminish. This class will help you prevent this from happening and help you keep in shape.

 

OWN It! Kids 6-14yrs
Our OWN it! Child only class was created for children aged between 6 and 14 years of age. This class aims to help them to develop new skills and improve their overall fitness. OWN It! Kids sessions promise to make exercising fun and are led by our Senior Trainer and father of 2, Simon.

Onefamily Kids 6-14yrs
Our OneFamily Kids class is aimed at parents with children between 6 and 14 years of age. This class encourages families to exercise together and improve their overall fitness through movement and team games; leave the egg and spoon at home though!

Metafit™ Body Weight Hiit
MetaFit is the original 30 minute, bodyweight HIIT workout. Join our qualified coach for a fast paced calorie burn, Its Tough! But that’s why it works! Open to all abilities- try it you’ll love it!

OneHiit Body Weight & Resistance based Hiit
Our popular instructor led High intensity circuits class, incorporating both body weight movements and the latest gym equipment. Open to all abilities, come along and give it a try!

KettleBells 
Find out how one piece of gym equipment can do so much, Tone and Sculpt your body whilst increasing your cardio conditioning. This class is circuits in style but with Bells on!!

Physio led Pilates                                                                                                                     Come and join our Pilates class here at OneWellness. All of our classes are led by highly experienced physiotherapists who will guide you through a progression of strengthening exercises.

PT-Led Pilates

Come and try are Personal Trainer led pilates class. This class is led by our highly trained specialist Personal Trainer, Sam Blakey. She will put you through your paces and help you build your abdominal strength and tone. Great for staying in shape and preventing injury.
