Our specialist physiotherapists will guide you through a structured programme of low level strengthening exercises designed to improve your posture and whole-body strength

Personal Trainer Led Pilates

This class is led by our highly trained specialist Personal Trainer, Sam Blakey who will put you through your paces and help build your abdominal strength and tone. Great for staying in shape and preventing injury.

One Family Class

For parents with children aged between 6 and 14 years old. The class encourages families to exercise together and improve their overall fitness through movement and team games.

OneBody

Our 30-minute resistance-based circuit class which aims to tone and sculpt specific areas of the body, including your legs, bums and tums! All abilities welcome.

Beginners Yoga

This class is for complete beginners who want to give Yoga a try. Aimee will guide you through a series of stretches and poses to help make you more flexible and strong. Don’t be put off, if you have never tried Yoga before but would like to, this is the class for you.

Yoga for Over 55’s

This class is for the Over 55’s who would like to start the practice of Yoga. Yoga is great for improving strength, balance and flexibility. It is also be proven to help reduce blood pressure and promote relaxation.

Pilates for Horse Riders

This is a rider specific Pilates, movement and balance class. Gemma will guide you through a series of specific exercises, aiming to improve on common movement, balance and core issues that can decrease your effectiveness in ridden work. Suitable for abilities from happy hacking to competition riders.

Golf Conditioning

Is your body in shape to play golf? The golf swing relies on you being able to be flexible and strong. Stephen (a keen golfer as well as experienced Physiotherapist) will help you strengthen your hips and core as well as improve your thoracic and shoulder flexibility. These are the key components to a successful golf swing.
